Learning Objective:
There is a fundamental truth in the cliché that “people are an Organization’s
more important asset”. In every organization, Human resources are a pivotal
variable without which the inanimate assets are worthless. Therefore, human
resources need to be understood in their proper perspective and utilized
effectively to achieve the goals of an organization.
The main objective of this paper is
to make the students to understand human resource in its proper perspective and
at the same time it will help them to know how they should and will be treated
by their bosses.
